Jason Medlock President
Jason Medlock is President and Managing Partner of 3131 Properties, LTD, a leader in commercial real estate development. Medlock also leads two additional businesses Glennlock Foods, LTD and Glennlock Construction Group, LLC.
For over a decade, Medlock and his business partner NFL Professional and All-Pro Athlete, Aaron Glenn have worked tirelessly to nurture and develop these businesses from the ground up. A former professional football player himself, Medlock’s track record of business speaks for itself. He has successfully negotiated a $100 million franchise development agreement with Dallas-based Williams Fried Chicken and was highly successful in expanding the Houston-based Frenchy’s brand throughout the greater Houston community. Additionally, Medlock led 3131 Properties in the development of three major multi-million dollar retail centers in the Sugar Land Community and one retail center in Katy, Texas.
Medlock has received numerous honors for his dedication and commitment, including the Dallas Urban League Torch Award, a recognition highlighting his achievement in the field of business and contribution to the community, 2007 Pinnacle Award Recipient, 2009 Minority Construction Firm of The Year given by Houston Minority Enterprise, Houston’s Forty Under Forty and a certificate of Congressional Recognition. Additionally, Medlock is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, and a registered contract advisor with both the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and the Canadian Football Players Association (CFLPA). Medlock is the lead agent for Dallas Sports Agency, which represents players in both the NFL and CFL.
Medlock holds an Associate’s Degree in Education from Navarro Junior College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Masters of Arts from Texas Christian University. He is also a certified Graphic Designer and a member of the International Shopping Center Association.
Mr. Medlock and his wife, Tracey, have three sons.
